HVCC Hosts Future City Competition

The Future City Competition is an event that is sponsored by Hudson Valley each year, open to all middle schools in the region to participate. The competition this year began in September. There were about 50 schools that began their journeys playing an online game called “Sim City.”

Williams Hall, home to Hudson Valley’s Automotive Technology, Auto Body, and ECM students, has had a cafe since its renovation in 1987. This year on the menu, there are fresh sandwiches, pizzas, hot dogs, calzones, paninis, tea, coffee, and slushies; but that was not always the case.

Learning About Lincoln at the Library
