Drivers Ed and Defensive Driving

The Drivers Education and Defensive Driving courses are accepting applications. These courses are offered at the TEC-SMART Facility in Malta.

Driver’s Education begins on Feb. 14, with classes during the week and driving practice on Saturday mornings. Students will get 24 hours of classroom training and 24 hours of real world driving experience.

Defensive Driving will be offered on March 15 and 17. Upon the completion of the course, students can receive a 10 percent reduction in motor vehicle liability and collision insurance premiums and remove four points on their driving records.

All courses will be taught by certified instructors from Bell’s Driving School.
