In 1787, the United States Constitution was signed and approved by delegates for the Constitutional Convention. The decision was unanimous.

On Sept. 17, 2011, Occupy Wall Street, the first of the many Occupy encampments that have sprung up worldwide, formally began in Zuccotti Park in New York City. Approximately 1000 protestors gathered in the park on that day, a number that grew steadily with time.
