Valentine’s Day Banquet

At 7 p.m. on Feb. 10, the annual Valentine’s Day banquet was held here at Hudson Valley. A self-service buffet with stuffed shells, beef, peppers, brown rice pilaf, lettuce, stuffed tomatoes and chicken parmesan welcomed nearly 50 guests that attended. A group of students from RPI sang “Aint’ No Mountain” and a selection of other songs during the dinner, and the dance floor was full of live entertainment as well as a live DJ.
