Annual BLSU Thankgiving Book Give-A-Way

The Black and Latino Student Union (BLSU) is hosting their annual Thanksgiving Book Give-A-Way all throughout the month of November. 

This event allows students who have unused or used books for entertainment to donate to families in the community who cannot afford books for the holiday season.

Initial thoughts on the event are genuinely displayed as exciting, humbling and warming, in which it shows the true meaning of community amongst the families of Troy and of the Hudson Valley Community College community. 

It is not too late to donate! Boxes are set up all around campus and outside of the Wellness Center Suite 270.
