Chaos reigned on this week’s episode of “The Bachelor.”

Alayah has been officially dismissed by Peter and the other girls in the house could not have been more ecstatic after the controversial return of Alayah and rose given by Peter in last week’s episode.

The episode contained two rose ceremonies, with the ceremony at the beginning of the episode providing little fanfare. After that rose ceremony where three girls were sent home, Peter announced that the show was headed to Arenal, Costa Rica.

Since their arrival in Costa Rica, Peter has gotten stitches on his forehead. He began by telling the entire group that he got in a fight with a puma.

This came off as highly unbelievable to the other girls. Eventually it was shown, with another ridiculous dramatization by ABC, that Peter hit his head getting into a golf cart.

Peter eventually selected Sydney to go on a one-on-one date, beginning in a helicopter flight. After that, Peter stated that Sydney was the best kisser of them all.

It may not have been difficult to decipher whether that was true, considering the zoom-in by ABC attempts to make you wonder whether Sydney was a good kisser or Peter was just a sloppy one.

After their helicopter date, Peter and Sydney ended up in a lagoon-like pool face to face.

The following day on the group date, the ladies and Peter went over to a waterfall spot for a photo shoot with “Cosmopolitan.”

Victoria seemed to steal the show by kissing Peter during the middle of the shoot whilst around the other girls. However, Hannah Ann showed Peter a new her after a conversation with him, eventually earning herself a rose at the end of the group date.

Following this, drama ensued between Tammy and Kelsey. Tammy snitched on Kelsey for over-drinking and being a trainwreck, causing tensions to flare in Costa Rica.

The circumstances only escalated on one date with Kelley, the girl Peter met in a hotel weeks before the start of the current “Bachelor” season. Of course, it wouldn’t be a “Bachelor” or “Bachelorette” season without a spiritual sauna style spot. The results of this date made it quite apparent that Kelley is unsure as to whether she will be ready for engagement at the end of the season. However, heading into the ceremony, Kelley received a rose for that date.

Following Peter’s return to the compound, Kelsey showed up to his room, engaging in a conversation with him. Eventually, he gave her a rose heading into the rose ceremony. Although there was no cocktail party, Tammy and Mykenna decided to talk to Peter before he made his decisions.

At the end of the day, Peter sent home Shiann and Lexi, leaving Tammy and Mykenna in the house. It can be suspected that “The Bachelor” producers may have staged certain events, forcing Peter to allow Tammy to engage in insane behavior to benefit ABC’s ratings.

The next episode of “The Bachelor” will be on Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 8 p.m. followed by its original Monday slot at 8 p.m. on Feb 10.
