Men’s Basketball plays Schenectady in 40-point beatdown

The Vikings’ men’s basketball team defeated Schenectady County Community College 94-54 on Sunday, Nov. 17 at the SCCC Athletic Complex. 

Shamar Moore-Hough, individual studies student, once again stunned the crowd with an impressive 18 points, 9 of which were 3-pointers, and making him the top-scorer for the game.

Iziah Pigott, physical education major, also scored an abundance of 3-pointers, giving him a game-total of 15 points.

However, both guards were surpassed by entrepreneurship student, Will Aybar’s distance shooting, as he scored four 3-pointers during the game, concluding the victory with 16 points, closely following Moore-Hough.

Pigott and Aybar scored the most number of assists for the game. Jay Strieble, business administration major, scored the most rebounds, with a total of 7 of the team’s overall 35.
